Kepemimpinan lebih
diarahkan kepada kelompok-kelompok kerja yang memiliki tugas atau fungsi
masing-masing, tidak fokus kepada individu. Hal ini akan mengakibatkan
pertumbuhan mengembangkan kerjasama dalam kelompok. Motivasi individu akan
menjadi tugas semua orang dalam kelompok, sehingga kelompok kerja menjadi
sumber motivasi bagi setiap anggota dalam kelompok. Karena bos selalu menilai
kinerja kelompok, bukan individu, maka masing-masing kelompok akan berusaha
memacu kerjasama serta mungkin, jika perlu dengan menarik-narik teman kurang
benar bekerja.
